Used to be great, but scan doesn’t work now

I’ve been happily using Pick Hub for many months and recharging my Navegante card easily, but something has happened in the last month because I cannot get PickHub to recognize my card when trying to scan. I’ve tried on 3 devices to make sure hardware wasn’t the issue.

Love the app but if it doesn’t work for the one thing people want to use it for 🤷🏻‍♂️

The card never scans!

I have missed my bus and tram so many times because the app will never scan he card — even when I hold it as still as possible or set the phone where it’s placed above the card. Please fix it or eliminate the need to scan the card!

Update to previous review - app works perfectly now

Scan the card, add a fare, scan again - everything works flawlessly now. Thank you developers and thanks again for the quick response.

We had some problems with our database that probably caused that situation, so we kindly ask you to try again to recharge your pass for next month on the app, from the 26th onwards, and let us know if you still faced the same problem.
